Agreement that Moe Garden Supplies Pty Ltd / Firmins Lane Garden Supplies/Trafalgar garden supplies may seek consumer credit information under (Section 18k (1) Privacy Act 1988) If Moe Garden Supplies Pty Ltd/Firmins Lane Garden Supplies/ Trafalgar garden supplies considers it relevant to assessing my/our application for commercial credit, I/We agree to Moe Garden Supplies Pty Ltd /Firmins Lane Garden Supplies obtaining from a Credit Reporting Agency a Credit report containing personal Credit information about me/us in relation to Commercial Credit provided by Moe Garden Supplies Pty Ltd /Firmins Lane Garden Supplies/Trafalgar garden supplies.
2. Exchanging information with other Credit Providers (Section 18n (1) (b), Privacy Act 1988) I/We agree to Moe Garden Supplies Pty Ltd/Firmins Lane Garden Supplies/Trafalgar garden supplies obtaining Personal Information about me/ us from other Credit providers, whose names 1/We have provided for Moe Garden Supplies Pty Ltd /Firmins Lane Garden Supplies/Trafalgar garden supplies or that may be named in a Credit Report, for the purpose of assessing my / our Credit Application maed to Moe Garden Supplies Pty Ltd/ Firmins Lane Garden Supplies/Trafalgar garden supplies.
3. Agreement to Credit Provider being given a Consumer Credit report to Collect overdue payments on Commercial Credit (Section 18k (1) (h), Privacy Act 1988. I/ We agree that Moe Garden Supplies may obtain a Customer Credit report about me/us from a Credit Reporting Agency fro the purpose of collecting overdue payments related to Commercial Credit owed by me/us.
OTHER I/We Hereby
1. Agree to settle pay all invoices within Net 30 Days of Invoice date. Late Payments may be charged an Account Keeping Fee of $15.00 , and Interest at the rate of 12%. In addition, if invoices are not paid when due, Moe Garden Supplies /Firmins Lane Garden Supplies/Trafalgar garden supplies may withhold supply and any pending or future orders of products or services by me/us.
2. Acknowledge that Credit may be withdrawn at any time immediately upon giving me/us notice as per Moe Garden Supplies Pty Ltd /Firmins Lane Garden Supplies/Trafalgar garden supplies Conditions of Sale/Service.
3. Acknowledge that any change in respect of ownership, legal entity or address of the customer be notified to Moe Garden Supplies Pty Ltd /Firmins Lane Garden Supplies immediately.
4. Agree to provide Directors Guarantee.
5. Acknowlede receipt and accept Moe Garden Supplies Pty Ltd /Firmins Lane Garden Supplies/Trafalgar garden supplies above terms of sale and acknowledge that the conditions may be changed from time to time by Moe Garden Supplies Pty Ltd /Firmins Lane Garden Supplies/Trafalgar garden supplies giving me/us notice.
6. I Understand that this is a Commercial Credit Application.
